  • The Patriot Act only expanded on the originals laws already in place..However there is a big difference in random violence in America and plots to kill noncombatants because you don't like the government.

  • Terrorism has always on the US Legal Codes and McVeigh and Ruduloph were both anti-government and targeted Americans, just like the international terrorists. However, more and more of them are now US born like Major Nidal....And of course they planned the bombings and had help..
